Opening of New Registration Webpage for Researchers’ Database and Request for Checking Transferred Data

 At 10 am, Monday, September 7, 2020, you can start logging-in new registration webpage for Researchers’ Database (hereinafter new DB). The webpage open to public will be disclosed from Monday, October 5, after researchers check their own page. To this end, we would like to kindly ask you to login from the URL below and check the transferred data.

◆New Ritsumeikan University Researchers' database
https://researchdb.ritsumei.ac.jp/ritap/P300
※Possible to login with ID and password same as those of the current Researchers’ DB（hereinafter current DB） (RAINBOW ID/password).
※Current DB cannot be logged in from September 7, but it remains to open to public until Sunday, October 4.

※Please refer to the manual below about how to use new DB.

【About checking data】
①　The transferred data include those input until Sunday, August 2 in the current DB.
(Except for items “business career”, “degree obtained”, and “research summary”）
Please check mainly if some data is missing, or if public/private setting is correct. Please make modifications if necessary.
※Business career, degree obtained, and research summary will be ready for your checking in late September. We will make announcement when it is ready.
※The data input from August 3 to September 6 will be transferred in sequence from September 7.
※To check to which item of new DB the current data have been transferred, please refer to “Correspondence Table for Control Items” below.

②　After checking the data, please go to setting menu of 【information disclosure】.

After checking the transferred data, you can register new data. So, it is possible to update data by yourself. ※Note that the system requires login (authorization) every two hours.
